This removable two-stage distribution baffle system is designed utilizing standard engineering calculations for efficient flow distribution, to assure evenly dispersed flow over the entire Entry Area of the coalescer.

Careful control of the velocity through the first stage baffle assures even flow distribution. The second stage of the baffle is designed for efficient eddy current reduction. Momentum and kinetic energy are effectively dissipated. This efficient flow distribution and eddy current reduction design enables the Multi-Pack™ coalescer to achieve operational efficiencies much closer to the theoretical, thereby giving significantly better results in the field.
