Multi-Pack™ Coalescer

The removable plate design is the heart of the Multi-Pack separator. Generally, as the gaps between plates in coalescer decrease, efficiency increases. As the gaps increase, maintenance decreases, however, efficiency decreases as well. The adjustable plate feature allows flexibility in meeting changing wastewater characteristics and flow conditions. Changes in the vertical distance between plates and/or changes in the coalescer plate lengths may be performed in the field, in minutes, to achieve the highest efficiency possible with the lowest practical maintenance. In this way, each Multi-Pack separator can be truly field-customized. These unique features make the Multi-Pack separator ideally suited for company-wide standardization.
